INSTANTANEOUS VIDEO REMOTE INTERPRETATION (INSTANTANEOUS VRI) AND AUDIO-ONLY INTERPRETATION
We offer Video Remote Interpreting Services (VRI) in over 40 languages with the most common languages, including American Sign Language (ASL), accessible 24/7/365. Less common languages, covering 98% of all U.S. language requests, are accessible Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. EST.
Using the same app-based solution, we also offer Audio-Only Interpretation Services in over 240 languages 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Users can connect to a video interpreter in less than 2 minutes, and connections to Audio-only interpreters are made within 30 seconds after the request is initiated.
Our VRI and Audio-only Services may be accessed by downloading the application to an Apple iPad or through a web browser on a PC or Android device. Users will be prompted once to enter an assigned authentication code and the name of the device. After the initial application is installed, users will have full access to VRI Services and will have simple, intuitive one-touch access to an interpreter of their choice. The Apple iPad app or PC/Android web interface can also immediately access an Audio-only interpreter at the user’s discretion.
