Our Face-to-Face and Telephone Interpretation Services may be accessed through our Dispatch Line. Face-to-Face Interpretation and Scheduled Telephone Interpretation may also be accessed via email from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM Eastern Time Monday through Friday.

VIDEO REMOTE INTERPRETATION (VRI) AND AUDIO-ONLY INTERPRETATION
We offer Video Remote Interpreting Services (VRI) in over 40 languages with the most common languages, including American Sign Language (ASL), accessible 24/7/365. Less common languages, covering 98% of all U.S. language requests, are accessible Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. EST. SCHEDULED VIDEO INTERPRETATION SERVICES
Scheduled Video Remote Interpretation (VRI) Services are available for pre-scheduled and emergency appointments with a response time of forty (40) minutes or less in urgent situations. All connections are fully encrypted.
