In order to be selected as an interpreter and/or translator for A2I, every candidate has to complete our proprietary selection process that includes the following:
INTERVIEWS AND SCREENING
All A2I interpreters and translators must successfully complete a multi-step interview and Third-Party Bilingual Capacity Evaluation, which is used to validate A2I’s in-house evaluation. In addition, interpreters and translators must complete a Written Translation Test which evaluates the candidate on three different texts of different levels of difficulty covering the fields of medicine, science, law, and arts.
COLLECTION OF DOCUMENTS & CERTIFICATION
All A2I interpreters and translators are required to provide documentation that includes background checks, health records, and signed confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements.
