That is why A2I maintains a separate education department called Access Academy which offers training courses for interpreters and translators. Our interpreters and translators are trained in HIPAA regulations, confidentiality, and the Interpreter Code of Ethics, as well as Medical, Legal, and Social Services terminology.

We have a separate education department, the Access Academy, which is staffed with professional educators, linguists, Medical Doctors, Juris Doctors, and independent consultants who continuously revise and improve the content of our training courses. All interpreters and translators complete this intensive, mandatory training offered through our Access Academy. Our training curriculum includes courses in ethics and terminology, particularly for healthcare and law. In addition, A2I interpreters are required to obtain continuing education training every quarter in order to maintain their certification.
A2I employs the latest levels of technology to increase the efficiency and quality of our services, as well as reduce costs for our clients. We utilize an innovative, web-based scheduling and billing system to optimize operational efficiency and provide the best possible service.
