Scheduled Telephone Interpretation is an over-the-phone interpretation service that can be provided within 30 minutes. This service can be used to schedule appointments for Limited English Proficiency (LEP) patients or clients, to make reminder calls for patients or clients, to arrange teleconference calls, or to interpret during teleconferences.

• A2I professional interpreters are required to complete an intensive mandatory training and participate in continuing education courses quarterly
